Poker Network Manager

Required Skills

• Complete familiarity with the world of Poker especially On-Line Poker- a must!
• Experience in Data Analysis- a must

Position Goals

• To manage the Poker network and live the day to day activities on the network at a “micro” level.

1 Job Summary

Responsible for all HR activities. Design, plan and implement a wide range of projects including: staff welfare schemes, implement policies and procedure, organizational development initiatives including staff opinion survey, training opportunities. Support managers in dealing with all staff related issues. Accompaniment international recruitment; liaise with company’s lawyers on contractual issues;  develop incentive schemes and retention strategies.

At least 2 years previous HR management experience in Europe.
